A hidden gem. It’s not overrun with tourists yet, which makes it feel like a proper lovely neighbourhood place. The food is AMAZING. We had the bifana sandwich, pastel de nata, and a chicken pie - hands down the best we’ve had in Faro.

very authentic Portuguese cafe with very affordable price! They don’t speak fluent English but it’s no problem. Try their pastel de nata and chicken pie!

Really excellent! 'Proper' little local cafe well worth seeking out. English spoken, very welcoming, but bring cash. Freshly squeezed orange and great coffee, toasties, cakes and even small chicken pies. Incredibly good value, great quality, and opens early, we were here at 8. Beat the optional hotel breakfast in all respects.

Great little local Portuguese cafe & bar, no tourists and don't speak English. Fantastic local prices and local service just typical Portuguese, a great place to drop into.

Typical Portuguese cafe, the chicken pie is delicious. Since I found it I came everyday while staying in Faro.
